Gary's Oracle background began in 1986 with version 4 scott/tiger emp and dept tables.  He currently is the CEO of Hotsos Enterprises, Ltd., a company focused on helping customers improve the performance of their Oracle-based systems. Prior to Hotsos, he enjoyed a fantastic 8 years at Oracle running various portions of the Central US consulting group.
